ALLEGIANCE TELECOM
Installed three Cat-5e cables to 330 workstations (990 cables) between
two floors. Ran one 12-strand fiber and one 300 pair copper backbone to
two separate IDFs on the 4th floor from the 3rd floor computer room. Designed
and installed ladder rack and racking system in the computer room and
in both IDFs.
AMGEN
Installed four Avaya Cat-5e cables and one Gigamax cable to 46 stations.
Designed and installed racking system and ladder racks within computer
room.
Installed three (3) Cat-5e cables to 300 stations (900 cables) at three facilities. Ran copper backbone throughout plant area for voice and ran fiber-optic cable throughout plant for data and RF system. The RF system is used for order picking & bar coding. One plant has one million square feet of storage.
Installed one (1) 6 Filament AT&T indoor fiber to 87 classrooms and terminated with AT&T ST connectors in LIU 200 Cabinets.
Also installed four (4) 96 Filament, one (1) 48 Filament, and one (1) 24 Filament AT&T Accuribbon Riser Fiber terminated with AT&T ST connectors in LIU 200 cabinets. A total of 1700 fiber connectors where terminated.
Installation of four (4) Cat-5e cables to 500 workstations (2000 cables) in the office area and one (1) Cat-5e cable to 100 stations in the warehouse area for Ethernet Network. Installed Fiber-optic backbone and twisted pair cable backbone throughout the twelve-acre plant. Installed two-strand fiber to the desktop for 30 stations in the engineering department and terminated with AMP MTRJ fiber connectors.
Installed one (1) 12-strand fiber and one (1) 100 pair copper backbone cable in warehouse. Installed four (4) Lucent Cat-5e cables throughout office and plant environment to 120 stations within two buildings for a total of 480 cables.
Installed three (3) Cat-5e cables to 400 workstations, (1200 cables) terminated two of the Cat-5e cables for data and split the third cable to two jacks for voice. Installed 12-strand fiber cable between three floors for Ethernet backbone. Designed patching system and provide M.A.C. service for three facilities.
Installed one (1) Cat-5 data cable to 250 stations at the Skokie office, two (2) voice and two (2) data cables to 200 stations at the Park Ridge office, and two (2) voice and two (2) data cables to 170 stations at the Brookfield Wisconsin office. Designed rack and patching system for mainframe and network connection. Installed two (2) voice and two (2) data to 160 stations in the Tampa, Florida office.
Installed one data cable to 300 stations in six different schools.
Connected all the schools together using multipoint wireless bridges as a backbone for both voice over IP and Ethernet network.
Installed one Cat-5 data cable and one Cat-3 voice cable to 300 stations in eight different buildings. Connected 8 buildings together using multipoint 11 Meg wireless bridges as a backbone for WAN. Installed two Cat-5E cables to 155 stations at the new corporate headquarters.
Installed wireless point to point 100Mbs bridges (WAN) between two schools. Installed wireless LAN in the training room. Connected the access point to the network via fiber.
Connected two buildings together using both an 11Mbps RF system and a 100Mbps infrared system.
Designed and installed 11 Meg wireless WAN to connect City Hall, Fire Department, Police Department, and the Courthouse together. Installed necessary towers for wireless system.
